Ordering & pricing
No minimum order quantity. You can order a single garment or a thousand. Pricing scales with volume — the more you order, the lower the price per item. Get a quote and we'll show you the full pricing breakdown.
Use our instant quote form — fill in your requirements and get an indicative price straight away.
Prices shown are exclusive of VAT. VAT at 20% is added at checkout for UK customers. All invoices show the ex-VAT and inc-VAT amounts clearly.
We send a digital proof of your artwork before any production begins — this is included with every order at no extra cost. Physical samples can be arranged for larger corporate orders. Ask us when you get a quote.
Yes. Regular clients have their logo, garment specifications, and size preferences saved so that each subsequent order is fast and consistent. Get in touch to discuss setting up an account — it's particularly useful for businesses that order regularly as their team grows.
Artwork & logos
The best formats are AI, EPS, PDF (vector-based) and SVG — these give the cleanest results. We also accept high-resolution PNG or JPEG at 300dpi or above. Not sure what you have? Upload what you've got and we'll advise. We never start production until you've approved a proof.
Yes. If you don't have a usable logo file, send us what you do have — even a photo of a business card or a low-res image from your website — and we'll advise on the best route forward. In some cases we can redraw or recreate your logo for a small additional fee.
Always. We send a digital proof of exactly how your logo will look on the garment before anything is produced. Nothing goes into production without your explicit approval. This is included with every single order at no extra cost.
Yes. Provide us with your Pantone references or hex colour codes and we'll match as closely as the decoration method allows. Screen printing and embroidery use different colour matching systems — we'll advise on the best approach for your logo and confirm the colours on your proof before production.
Yes. Individual names, job titles, numbers, or department names can be embroidered or printed on each garment. Just provide a list of names when you place your order. Popular for sports kits, care home staff, and client-facing corporate teams.
Production & delivery
Our standard turnaround is 3–5 working days from artwork approval. Artwork proofs are sent within 4 hours of your order being received. For urgent orders, call us on 01277 811 670 and we'll tell you honestly what we can achieve.
We supply everything. We source the garments and decorate them in-house — you receive finished, branded clothing ready to wear. If you have specific garments you'd like us to decorate, contact us to discuss.
Yes — 99% of production never leaves our Essex facility. We have an in-house 15-head Tajima embroidery machine, screen printing setup, heat press equipment, and vinyl cutting. Keeping everything in-house means faster turnarounds, tighter quality control, and a single point of contact from first enquiry to final delivery.
Yes. We deliver to any UK address. We're based in Essex and many of our clients are local, but we regularly supply businesses across the country. Delivery to multiple addresses can also be arranged for larger orders.
Yes. We source commercial-grade garments designed for professional use. Embroidery is particularly durable — it won't crack, peel, or fade the way some cheaper print methods can. For healthcare and industrial clients requiring high-temperature washing, we can advise on the most suitable garment specifications.
Services
Embroidery stitches thread directly into the fabric — it gives a raised, premium feel and is extremely durable. It's best for smaller logos on fleeces, polo shirts, and caps. Screen printing applies ink through a stencil onto the surface of the garment — it's better for larger prints, bold designs, and higher quantities. Not sure which is right for you? We'll advise when you get a quote.
Heat transfer printing uses heat and pressure to apply a printed design to a garment. It's our most versatile decoration method — it produces sharp, full-colour results on virtually any garment type and is ideal for complex artwork, photographic designs, and small to medium quantities. It's now the most popular decoration method we offer.
Yes. We supply a wide range of branded promotional products — pens, notebooks, mugs, tote bags, water bottles, USB drives, and more. Everything from one supplier, on one invoice, in one delivery. Get in touch with what you need and we'll put a quote together.
Yes. Many clients combine decoration methods on the same garment — for example, embroidery on the left chest and a screen print on the back. You can also mix garment types and decoration methods across a single order. Just tell us what you need when you get a quote.
